Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to lead district operations and drive revenue growth across retail cafes. You will mentor franchise managers, shape talent development, and ensure consistent guest experiences in line with brand standards.

You will collaborate with training and operations teams to close gaps, implement strategic plans, and maintain food safety and operations excellence across all locations. Travel to current and prospective cafes is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years of progressive management experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems; Toast experience preferred.
• Sound inventory planning and management skills; P&L and sales/marketing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations and franchise teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and develop training programs for cafe managers and GMs.
• Work with training teams to address knowledge gaps and ensure consistent standards.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with brand goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, sanitation, and company policies.
