Job summary

Paris Baguette - Support Office (SoCal) seeks an experienced Franchise Business Consultant to maximize district revenue and guest experience through effective people, processes, and planning. You will guide district managers and mentor cafe teams to achieve consistent, high-quality service.

The role requires strategic planning, talent development, and strong P&L awareness, with extensive travel across markets to support franchise locations and maintain Paris Baguette’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred).
• P&L capability and sales/marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, implementation and follow-up initiatives amongst market managers.
• Lead corporate cafe operations and talent management where applicable.
• Mentor operations team members and conduct trainings for cafe managers.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and oversee sales and marketing plans aligned with regional goals.
