Paris Baguette North America is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to maximize district revenue and guest experience across a growing network of corporate and franchise cafes. You will lead district managers, mentor cafe teams, and drive talent acquisition, retention and development in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of progressive retail/hospitality leadership, strong POS and inventory skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of progressive related experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive management experience leading teams.
• Thorough knowledge of working POS register systems; Toast experience preferred.
• Strong inventory planning and management skills.
• P&L capability and sales/marketing skills and abilities.
• Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible management style across a large, decentralized portfolio.
• Passion for people; empowering, inspiring, and developing team members.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership; team player mindset.
• Brand ambassador with knowledge of Paris Baguette's mission, vision, and culture.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic planning and follow-up initiatives across managers in their market.
• Oversee corporate café operations and all aspects of talent management.
• Mentor district managers and franchisee leaders; guide training needs.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate with the training team.
• Lead classroom or one-on-one trainings for franchise teams.
• Foster a mentoring environment focused on development of teams.
• Assist owners and GMs with performance, skills evaluations and action plans.
• Ensure execution of guest experience and service standards at cafe level.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with district goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and local regulations.
• Travel to current and potential locations; support remote districts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
