Job summary

Paris Baguette in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to drive revenue and guest experience across its district. You will lead talent development, operations planning, and training, partnering with cafe managers to elevate performance.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will implement strategic plans, monitor standards, and mentor teams while ensuring food safety, brand alignment, and strong store-level results as the network grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience leading teams.
• Thorough knowledge of POS systems; Toast experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and follow-up initiatives among market managers.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention and development for cafe teams.
• Mentor operations staff and identify training needs with the training team.
• Oversee café managers’ performance, skills evaluations and assessments.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, health/sanitation and brand standards.
• Drive sales and marketing plans; monitor financial progress and act on gaps.
