Paris Baguette - Support Office (SoCal) is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to maximize district revenue and guest experience across a growing cafe network. You will lead district management teams, guide talent development, implement training, and ensure standards while driving sales and marketing plans.

You will mentor franchisees and their GMs, ensure policies are followed, and coordinate with training teams to close gaps in service and performance across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• 3–5 years progressive management experience leading teams.
• POS knowledge; Toast experience preferred.
• P&L responsibility and sales/marketing aptitude.
• Flexible, adaptive leadership across a large, geographically decentralized portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic planning, implementation and follow up initiatives amongst the team of managers in their market.
• Responsible for corporate café operations and all aspects of corporate talent, including talent acquisition, retention and development.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to other members of the operations team.
• Identify training needs of cafe managers and work with training team to execute applicable training.
• Facilitates one-on-one or classroom training as appropriate and needed with franchisee teams.
• Creates a mentoring and supportive environment focused on continuous development of teams.
• Supports franchisee owners and their GMs to ensure processes and procedures to manage performance, like skills evaluations and assessments and performance management.
• Ensure owners and GMs are knowledgeable about training and development curriculum to ensure teams have necessary training.
• Continually inspect region/district standards; communicate standards to cafe managers and ensure execution.
• Proactively meet or exceed guest experiences; address complaints and implement action plans.
• Ensure cafe managers have sales/marketing plans; evaluate financial progress and develop action plans.
• Ensure adherence to policies for food and beverage, safety and sanitation; comply with policies and local/state regulations.
• Utilize preventive maintenance programs to maintain cafe facilities.
• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays; extended hours as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
