AFC seeks an Operations Excellence Specialist to mentor Zenshi franchisees in mastering operational, financial, and marketing frameworks, ensuring consistent excellence across locations and strict adherence to the Franchise Disclosure Document and food-safety standards.

You will conduct strategic visits, document outcomes, drive year-over-year sales growth, build strong franchise relationships, and travel up to 60% to support field operations and enforce company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Manager or Multi-Unit Operations Manager role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
• Proven track record in leading, motivating, and holding teams accountable.
• Demonstrated flexibility, emotional resilience, and adaptability.
• Superior organizational, prioritization, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Franchisee Development: Mentor franchisees to master Zenshi’s financial, operational, and marketing models and help them achieve sales targets.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce FDD policies and ensure food safety standards across locations.
• Operational Support: Translate strategic plans into actionable sales activities and monitor market trends.
• Financial Acumen: Understand P&L, cash flow, and EBITDA to improve profitability.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships and hold franchisees to standards.
• Travel: Up to 60% travel to franchise locations for hands-on support and compliance.
