Job summary

Premier Franchise Managment seeks a Franchise Business Coach (FBC) to partner with franchisees, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You’ll use financial and operational data to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and ensure accountability while upholding company standards.

You will coach franchisees, lead reviews, monitor KPIs, and support adoption of systems and processes. Career growth paths include advancing to Operations leadership based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and coaching skills; ability to train and motivate.
• Highly organized with strong accountability and delivery on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchisees and conduct regular business reviews and QBRs; set goals and action plans.
• Analyze P&L, margins, labor, overhead, cash flow; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor sales KPIs; coach sales teams and coordinate with Marketing.
• Reinforce SOPs and monitor production, staffing, subcontractors, and job progress.
• Support adoption of JobTread and company systems; communicate challenges to leadership.
• Maintain franchisee communications, document commitments, and coordinate corporate resources.
• Reinforce training, SOPs, and issue resolution to improve performance.
