Job summary

Restaurant Brands International seeks a collaborative People Business Partner to support restaurant operations as a trusted advisor to leaders. You will work with Operations and Legal to manage employee relations, performance guidance, recruiting, compliance, and training across multiple locations.

You will coach managers, drive HR programs, support policy interpretation, and lead succession planning while traveling domestically up to 50% to visit restaurants and ensure consistent practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR generalist experience including training, recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HRIS administration.
• Strong knowledge of organization effectiveness, leadership development, and facilitation.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR functions to deliver integrated solutions to management and employees.
• Provide day-to-day performance management coaching to managers.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management activities.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies across business units.
• Support training initiatives and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws; conduct HR audits.
