Job summary

Inspire seeks a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees, drive same-store growth, and ensure brand consistency across networks. You will coach franchisees, review performance, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and support remodels and new openings to meet growth goals.

The role requires 5+ years in supervisory multi-unit operations, a Bachelor's or equivalent, strong communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills, plus travel readiness to support

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by their regional operations leader.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance and align on future goals and commitments.
• Track and review data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions and provide coaching.
• Support remodel and new restaurant openings, coordinating with construction and franchisees.
• Facilitate communications between Franchisees and cross-functional partners.
• Participate with Field Marketing on updates for operations initiatives and marketing rollouts.
• Perform evaluations on restaurants as-needed based on Franchisee Business Review or other indicators.
• Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchisee.
• Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads.
• Complete all responsible administrative functions of the position in a timely manner.
