Piggly Wiggly is seeking a Specialist, Franchise Loyalty & CRM to drive loyalty and customer engagement for franchise owners, store leaders, and shoppers in Wisconsin and Illinois. The hybrid role is based in Sheboygan, WI, and focuses on administering campaigns, analyzing results, and delivering insights across channels.

Responsibilities include managing the loyalty program, promotions, CRM communications, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize program performance and customer value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the job requirements.
• Minimum of 3+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience.
• Experience with marketing software and tools required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
• General knowledge of marketing strategies and basic analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize the franchise loyalty program, including rewards, promotions, and engagement.
• Develop and manage loyalty promotions, digital coupons, and targeted offers.
• Execute customer communications via email, SMS, app push notifications.
• Analyze loyalty and promotional data; create recurring reports and dashboards.
• Maintain loyalty member and customer databases with privacy compliance.
• Support store leadership with training and performance insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, IT, finance, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and program adoption.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend new programs and technologies.
