Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. seeks a Loyalty Specialist to manage day-to-day loyalty program operations across Papa Murphy’s and the BBQ Holdings portfolio, including Famous Dave’s and Granite City.

You will configure rewards, coordinate promotions, and ensure smooth integrations across web, app, POS, and in-store systems, reporting on performance and guest engagement. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in supporting loyalty programs, specifically working with Punchh or Paytronix and leading campaign configuration.
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity; able to troubleshoot systems and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and execution.
• Working knowledge of loyalty analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across digital, tech, analytics, operations, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day loyalty program operations across multiple brands and channels.
• Configure rewards, campaigns, and promotions; test and validate implementations.
• Coordinate with franchisees, operators, and vendors to ensure seamless integrations and functionality.
• Monitor KPIs and guest engagement; share regular performance reports.
• Support POS, web, app, and third-party integrations and provide issue resolution guidance.
