Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and income statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts to external reports.
• Gather, audit, and analyze supporting documents for posting to the general ledger weekly.
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns and compile weekly sales and payroll data for franchisees.
• Provide customer service to franchisee owners and management by researching financial questions.
• Record fixed assets following each franchisee's capitalization policy.
