Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Manager for our Menasha, WI location. You will support the Customer Service Manager, serve as a goodwill ambassador, and lead front-end operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences during all hours of operation.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, merchandising, promotions communication, safety, and audit-ready reporting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of retail front-end experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain front-end relations.
Train and coach associates to guarantee consistent performance and quality service.
Monitor cashier techniques and shrink control procedures.
Write the weekly front-end schedules.
Complete front-end merchandising and inform/train staff about promotions.
Ensure safe, clean environment and enforce safety policies.
Prepare reports for audits and state inspections.
Manage front-end supplies and inventory (e.g., receipt tape, bags).
Execute store-level tasks/projects as assigned by the CSM and store manager.
