Responsibilities

• Train and coach associates to guarantee consistent performance and quality service
• React to customer concerns quickly following SOPs
• Enforce all store procedures (RCS)
• Perform customer intercepts to verify satisfaction
• Control store shrink by monitoring cashier practices and related procedures
• Write weekly front-end schedules
• Complete merchandising and inform/train on promotions
• Ensure merchandise returns are fulfilled
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Maintain professional front-end image across areas
• Prepare reports/logs for audits and inspections
• Maintain front-end supplies and place orders
• Perform special store tasks as assigned by CSM and store manager
