Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the front-end and maintain associate appearance.
• Train and coach associates to guarantee consistent performance and quality service.
• Write the weekly schedule for front-end associates.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure safety policies are followed.
• React to customer concerns quickly following SOPs for best experience.
• Perform store level tasks/projects as assigned by the CSM and store manager.
