This opportunity targets solos, boutique owners, and partners who want infrastructure, resources, and business development support while maintaining client independence.

You will join a platform designed to help you expand your franchise practice, while retaining autonomy over your clients, practice, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of franchise law experience with a transferable book of business.
• Established practice with revenue-generating client relationships and strong cross-referrals.
• Ability to originate new business and manage sophisticated franchise transactions.

Responsibilities

• Transition and manage your existing franchise practice within a larger platform.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current clients while pursuing new opportunities.
• Advise on development, regulatory compliance, and franchise operations.
• Draft and negotiate FDDs, franchise agreements, and related contracts.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to provide comprehensive services.
