Our client, a nationally recognized law firm platform, is seeking Junior Partners and Partners to join remotely across the United States. The role supports entrepreneurial growth with sophisticated resources and a high degree of autonomy.

Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier school, active bar admission, 5+ years of substantive practice, a portable book of business, and proven leadership and business development capabilities to drive cross‑practice expansion.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
• 5+ years of substantive legal practice experience
• Junior Partner level: 5-7 years; Partner level: more than 7 years
• Portable book of business of $350,000+ required
• Experience at Am Law, Magic Circle/Silver Circle, or equivalent
• Strong client relationships and business development capabilities
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently and drive growth

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing legal practice while delivering exceptional client service
• Represent clients in complex legal matters within your area of expertise
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for continued growth
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal professionals where appropriate
• Participate in business development, networking, and industry engagement activities
• Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and long-term strategic planning
• Leverage firm resources, technology, and platform capabilities to enhance client service and practice growth
