Ideal candidates have strong bankruptcy/restructuring experience, a transferable book, and a desire to grow within a larger platform that emphasizes business development and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Established practice with a transferable client base and annual revenue.
• Significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, creditors' rights, or related commercial litigation.
• Current law firm partner, solo practitioner, boutique owner, or senior attorney with established clients.
• Demonstrated ability to originate business and maintain long-standing client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expansion and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Transition and continue managing your existing practice within a larger platform.
• Maintain and expand relationships with established clients while developing new business.
• Represent creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy matters.
• Advise on Chapter 11 reorganizations, restructurings, and distressed transactions.
• Negotiate loan workouts, forbearance, and debt restructurings.
• Oversee bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings, and related disputes.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to provide comprehensive services.
• Leverage firm resources for marketing and business development growth.
