Goodwin Recruiting is representing a growing law firm seeking established Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors' Rights Partners to join a platform with infrastructure, resources, and business development support.

This opportunity suits solo practitioners, boutique owners, and partners with portable books who want to focus more on clients and matters while scaling revenue and operations within a larger framework.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, creditors' rights, or related commercial litigation.
• Established practice with a transferable book of business, ideally $350K+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Transition and continue managing your existing bankruptcy, restructuring, or creditors' rights practice within a larger platform.
• Maintain and expand relationships with established clients while developing new business opportunities.
• Represent creditors, lenders, investors, trustees, distressed companies, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy matters.
• Advise clients on Chapter 11 reorganizations, restructurings, and distressed transactions.
• Negotiate and structure loan workouts, forbearance agreements, and debt restructurings.
