Talented partners with sizable portable books can transition with infrastructure, marketing support, and cross-referral networks to accelerate growth while maintaining client relationships.

You'll have autonomy, a revenue-driven compensation model, and a path to lead and expand an established practice with a national footprint.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in employment law including litigation or counseling.
• Established employment law practice with portable book of business.
• Current law firm partner or senior attorney with client base.
• Ability to originate business and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Transition and integrate your practice into a larger platform.
• Maintain and expand relationships with your clients while pursuing new opportunities.
• Advise employers and executives on employment matters.
• Oversee employment litigation including discrimination, wage, and related matters.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams to serve clients.
• Leverage marketing and business development resources to grow the practice.
• Help shape the expansion of the Employment Law practice.
