from an accredited school, be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and bring senior-level corporate and transactional experience with a transferable book of business.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant corporate, business, and transactional law experience.
• Established transferable book of business, ideally $500K+ annually.
• Current partner, solo practitioner, boutique owner, or senior attorney with client base.

Responsibilities

• Transition and manage your existing corporate/transactional practice within a larger platform.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
