You’ll transition your practice to a larger firm environment with marketing, admin support, and cross-referral opportunities designed to drive revenue and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant corporate, business, and transactional law experience.
• Established practice with a transferable book of business, ideally $500K+ annually.
• Demonstrated ability to originate business and maintain long-standing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Transition and continue managing your existing corporate and transactional practice within a larger platform.
• Maintain and expand relationships with established clients while developing new opportunities.
• Advise privately held companies, founders, executives, investors, and business owners on corporate matters.
• Structure, negotiate, and close mergers, acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.
