Job summary

Inspire, the multi-brand restaurant company including Baskin-Robbins, seeks a Business Consultant to drive growth across a portfolio of franchisees. You will coach franchisees to meet goals in sales and profitability while upholding brand standards and safe operations.

You’ll report to regional leadership and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support remodels and new store openings, with travel as needed to engage franchisees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to coach with insights.
• Willingness to travel to consult with portfolio of franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for portfolio of franchisees set by regional lead.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with franchisees.
• Drive sales, profitability and network growth while maintaining safe brand standards.
• Coach franchisees through regular check-ins and monitor progress with data.
