You will manage existing accounts, provide tailored solutions, and leverage your customer service and persuasion skills to drive positive change for small businesses and their customers.

Responsibilities include coaching franchisees, conducting site visits, supporting upsells, and delivering training modules. A collaborative team environment and ongoing learning are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in business consulting, customer service, or related role preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping people and driving positive change.
• Strong business acumen and ability to apply concepts to different industries.

Responsibilities

• Engage with assigned franchisees to understand their challenges and goals.
• Ensure franchisees adhere to company standards and policies; provide guidance and coaching.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide feedback.
• Support upsells and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts (deep cleans, floor work, add-ons).
• Provide customized solutions and guidance to help entrepreneurs achieve growth and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse client base and actively listen to client needs.
• Build trust and rapport with clients; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and teach while staying updated on business concepts and trends.
• Leverage productivity tools and technology to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a motivated team to excel and contribute to a positive environment.
• Help small business owners feel supported and empowered.
• Administer training modules to JAN-PRO Certified Business Owners.
• Assist with account transfers and expansions.
