Job summary

Self Opportunity, Inc. is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to coach franchisees on operations, sales, profitability, and guest experience across a multi-unit territory. You will develop business plans and analyze performance to drive improvements.

This role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong P&L knowledge, health and safety compliance, and a ServSafe certification. Travel is essential, with in-store visits and occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8+ years of relevant business experience.
• Strong restaurant operations experience, preferably QSR or franchising.
• Multi-unit leadership, coaching, or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchisees on restaurant operations, sales, profitability, and team development
• Develop business plans based on operational and financial goals
• Analyze P&L statements and business performance to identify opportunities
• Conduct regular franchisee meetings and in-store visits
• Provide recommendations to improve sales, guest experience, labor, and profitability
• Monitor compliance with brand standards, franchise agreements, and health regulations
• Partner with compliance and corporate teams to address operational issues
• Support new restaurant openings, transfers, training, and final inspections
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation of franchisee interactions
• Communicate company updates, initiatives, and operational changes to franchisees
