Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for portfolio of franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with franchisees.
• Track data and analytics to guide franchisee actions and progress.
• Support remodeling and new restaurant openings with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate communications between franchisees and cross-functional partners.
• Support Field Marketing initiatives and local marketing plans.
• Perform evaluations of restaurants as needed.
• Partner with Field Training to coordinate training support.
• Ensure prudent use of G&A expenses within set parameters.
• Complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
