Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees across multiple brands. You will coach franchisees to hit sales, profit, and growth targets while ensuring a safe, consistent brand experience.

Responsibilities include planning and reviewing performance, using data to drive decisions, guiding remodels and new openings, coordinating cross-functional support, and helping teams execute local marketing and operations initiatives. Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for a portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate planning and Franchise Business Review to align future goals and commitments.
• Track and review data to guide Franchisee actions and monitor progress.
• Support remodels and new store openings with construction teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure brand consistency.
• Support local marketing plans and promotions execution.
• Perform restaurant evaluations as needed.
• Coordinate training support with Field Training Team.
• Manage G&A expenses within regional guidelines.
• Complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
