Job summary

The role requires regular visits to franchisees, financial review of P&L, and collaboration with corporate teams to advance local marketing and business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in multi-unit operations, franchise management, or enterprise franchise coaching.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze P&L, COGS, and labor metrics to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for 125 to 150 franchisees.
• Prioritize support for underperforming units and coach top performers.
• Lead regular business reviews with franchise owners.
• Build and maintain relationships for strategic business support and development.
• Know CRM’s, QuickBooks and other operating systems used by franchisees.
• Conduct deep-dive financial reviews to drive unit profitability.
• Lead KPI discussions to improve business performance.
• Travel 25-50% to visit franchisees and attend events.
• Support Local Area Marketing and community-based tactics.
• Coordinate with corporate to plan events and audits.
