Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a senior franchise operations leader to drive profitability and performance across a portfolio of franchise restaurants. You will coach 10–20 franchise groups and 60–150 locations, influence operations standards, and monitor customer satisfaction through metrics and audits.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and ensure consistent execution while guiding new openings and program rollouts.

Qualifications

• Approximately eight years in restaurant operations or franchise support.
• Strong ability to translate profitability opportunities into restaurant actions.
• Proven track record of meeting operational goals and improving sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 10–20 franchise groups and 60–150 restaurants.
• Drive P&L opportunities, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with franchisees to create action plans and follow up.
• Support training, new restaurant openings, and program rollouts.
