Qualifications

5–10 years of franchise business coaching experience.
Proven ability to grow revenue and improve profitability.
Strong understanding of franchisee/franchisor relationships.
Experience coaching a portfolio of franchise owners.
Strong financial and analytical skills, including gross margin and P&L insight.
B2B sales and business development knowledge.

Responsibilities

Coach franchise owners to grow revenue and profitability.
Help owners develop leads and new commercial relationships within their territories.
Coach on B2B prospecting, partner development, networking, and local business development.
Analyze franchisee performance and identify root causes of revenue or profitability challenges.
Improve the sales process from lead gen to closing, project execution, and recurring revenue.
Guide pricing, gross-margin management, and job costing to boost profitability.
Determine when to invest in resources to support profitable growth.
Set measurable goals and action plans, and hold owners accountable.
