Job summary

Bosun is seeking a Regional Business Consultant to drive franchisee success through coaching, financial optimization, and operational leadership. The role involves working with business owners to improve profitability, scale operations, and elevate performance across multiple locations.

You will analyze financial performance, guide strategic planning, and influence outcomes while managing a dynamic portfolio in a remote, U.S.-based setting. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, multi-unit operations, or business units.
• Background in franchise operations, consulting, coaching, or multi-location leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise franchise owners on operations, growth strategy, and profitability.
• Analyze P&L, EBITDA, KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Drive improvements in sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Lead structured business planning and hold owners accountable to goals.
• Navigate conflict resolution and performance challenges.
• Conduct virtual coaching and periodic in-person site visits.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, and group sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on network initiatives.
