Hana Brands is seeking a Franchise Business Partner to collaborate with franchisees across the region, driving consistent sales growth and strong customer relationships while ensuring product quality and food safety adherence.

You will guide franchise operations, assist with openings, and maintain retailer partnerships, focusing on accurate inventory, standards execution and safety programs. Travel for site visits is required as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of food-related experience and/or franchise operations management.
• Understanding of food quality control principles, food safety regulations, and production processes.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 75% domestically.

Aufgaben

• Drive same-store growth with franchisees through assortment, production targets and event planning.
• Ensure franchisees comply with purchasing raw materials per Hana Brands guidelines.
• Engage customers near sushi displays and drive positive feedback via Medallia.
• Support grand openings, site assessments, permits, competition analysis and flawless openings.
• Foster retailer relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure execution of Food Safety plans and GPM programs.
• Support routine SSOP checks and franchisee education on quality procedures.
