Job summary

Hana Brands seeks a Franchise Business Partner to work directly with franchisees to drive sales growth, build positive customer and retailer relationships, and ensure compliance with product quality and food safety standards.

You will support openings, site assessments, and daily operations—maintaining standards, managing inventory, and ensuring 9:00 AM replenishment and 5:00 PM restock where applicable—while traveling up to 75% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of food related experience and/or franchise operations management.
• Understanding of food quality control principles and food safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Drive LFL/Comp sales growth with franchisees through assortments and production planning.
• Ensure franchisees comply with Hana Brands purchase specs and production manuals.
• Foster retailer relationships and support new openings and site assessments.
• MaintainHI quality procedures, SSOPs, and daily/weekly/monthly food safety checks.
• Educate franchisees on quality standards and recipes; assist in recruitment.
