Job summary

Hana Brands is seeking a Franchise Business Partner to work directly with franchisees to drive sustainable sales growth, strengthen customer and retailer relationships, and ensure compliance with product quality and food safety standards.

You will guide franchisees on assortment, production targets, and calendar events, while ensuring adherence to Hana Brands’ manuals and specifications. Travel up to 75% is required as we scale operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of food-related experience or franchise operations management.
• Understanding of food quality control principles and food safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and adaptable to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive same-store/ comparable sales growth with franchisees through assortment planning, production targets and calendar-event planning.
• Ensure franchisees comply with purchasing raw materials to Hana Brands specifications and production manuals.
• Foster strong retailer relationships and drive positive consumer feedback.
• Support grand openings, site assessments, permit processes, and competitive analysis.
• Maintain high execution of operational standards: stock levels, displays, and daily replenishment.
• Oversee Food Safety Plans, SSOPs, and routine checks across operations.
• Educate franchisees on quality procedures and product specs/recipes.
• Support franchisee recruitment through engagement with retailers.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards across all operations.
