Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee franchise restaurant operations within a geographic region, driving growth and profitability while aligning with brand strategies. You will lead field and franchise teams, monitor milestones, and build strong franchise partnerships across restaurants.

The role requires managing multiple priorities, extensive interaction with executive teams, and a track record in operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing multiple priorities concurrently.
• Ability to drive to restaurants and interact with executive team, and work in an office environment at times.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with restaurant operations concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/directions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong work ethics and confidentiality.
• Proven track record working with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability to the field and franchise leadership team through clear expectations, coordinating efforts, and follow-up.
• Lead execution of initiatives through the implementation of plans and oversight of milestones and metrics.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners by maintaining frequent and ongoing communication, tracking, and follow-up.
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives while monitoring and gauging results to determine appropriate changes.
• Develop and execute a strategy to grow long-term business and achieve assigned revenue and profitability goals.
• Support operational processes to effectively execute based on customer needs.
• Lead, develop, & participates in presentations, negotiations, operational meetings, and conferences with executive team.
• Create a dining experience that enhances relationships with existing customers while fostering new relationships.
• Collaborate with executive team to develop the brand’s strategies.
