Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee franchise restaurant operations across a geographic region, driving sales growth and profitability. The role includes guiding brand strategy input to ignite market expansion and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for customers.

You will lead the franchise leadership team, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Finance, Marketing, and HR to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Must manage multiple priorities concurrently with measurable results.
• Must interact with executive teams and travel to restaurants as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with restaurant operations concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/directions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with process-improvement focus.
• High confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and accountability to field and franchise leadership teams through clear expectations and follow-up.
• Drives execution of initiatives through plans, milestones, and metrics oversight.
• Builds strong relationships with franchise partners via ongoing communication, tracking and follow-up.
• Leads implementation of strategic initiatives and monitors results to adjust as needed.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow long-term revenue and profitability.
• Supports operational processes to meet customer needs.
• Leads and participates in presentations, negotiations, and executive meetings; helps shape brand strategy.
• Creates a dining experience that strengthens relationships with customers while attracting new ones.
