Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities to build the brand.
• Ability to travel to restaurants and interact with executive team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with restaurant operations concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/directions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
• High level of confidentiality handling sensitive information.
• Proven track record working with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to field and franchise leadership through clear expectations and follow-up.
• Implement plans, track milestones and metrics to execute initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners through ongoing communication.
• Lead strategic initiatives and monitor results to adjust as needed.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Support operational processes to meet customer needs.
• Lead and participate in presentations, negotiations, and executive meetings.
• Create a dining experience that strengthens customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the executive team to shape brand strategies.
