Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to oversee franchise restaurant operations across a geographic region. The role drives growth, profitability, and input to brand strategies to ignite market share in the area.

The position requires leading franchise leadership, coordinating initiatives, and collaborating with executives to achieve revenue goals. Occasional travel and tight coordination with Finance, Ops, Marketing, and HR are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities across franchise operations.
• Travel to restaurants and work in an office as needed.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations concepts and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and directions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with process-improvement focus.
• High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR.
