Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee franchise restaurant operations within a geographic region and drive sales and profitability initiatives. The role supports brand strategies, partners with franchise leadership, and leads strategic initiatives to grow market share.

You will manage multiple projects, travel to restaurants approximately 50% of the time, and work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities to drive brand outcomes.
• Ability to travel to restaurants and engage with executive teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/directions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with process improvement focus.

• Proven ability to work with Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR teams.

• Build relationships with franchise partners through ongoing communication and follow-up.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Support operational processes aligned with customer needs.
• Lead and participate in presentations, negotiations and executive meetings.
• Create dining experiences that strengthen relations with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the executive team on brand strategies.
