Job summary

Culver Franchising System, LLC is seeking a dynamic Franchise Business Consultant to support our Chicago-area franchisees and growth. This remote, home-based role requires travel about 80% of the time and covers Greater Chicago locations including Naperville, Elmhurst, and Downers Grove.

The role focuses on guest service, openings, and financial results, providing leadership on operations, cost controls, training, and brand standards to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or university degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience as GM/District Manager in a multi-unit restaurant concept.
• 5–8 years related experience in a multi-unit restaurant concept.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Food Safety & Sanitation Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Culver Franchising System, LLC, support team, suppliers and franchisees.
• Provide leadership and advice on restaurant operations, including cost controls, safety, sanitation, training, and guest relations.
• Ensure operations reflect brand standards and compliance with Franchise Disclosure Document.
• Help manage restaurant openings with support teams and budgets.
• Support franchise expansion with operational and HR preparations.
