Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to advise franchise owners and district leaders, improving profitability, guest experience, and growth across assigned territories. The role blends operational coaching, financial analysis, and hands-on support to optimize performance.

The candidate should have strong P&L management experience, leadership in high-volume restaurants, and be willing to relocate or travel extensively to support Chicago/St.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multi-unit restaurant operations leadership or franchise consulting
• Experience with high-volume, full-service restaurants and $3M+ annual sales
• Strong command of P&Ls, budgets, labor, food costs, KPI dashboards
• Proven ability to coach franchise owners and leaders to meet brand standards
• Travel frequently across assigned territory; valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Willing to reside in or relocate to Chicago/St. Louis, Kansas City region, or Virginia/NC region
• Understand HACCP and restaurant food-safety compliance
• Experience with POS systems, analytics platforms, training portals, and restaurant tech

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and perform operational reviews covering safety, hospitality, and profitability
• Document findings and ensure deficiencies are corrected
• Analyze P&Ls, dashboards, and guest feedback to identify improvements
• Help franchisees build annual business and local marketing plans
• Monitor and implement corrective actions for underperforming units
• Coach operators on leadership, delegation, and district oversight
• Support openings, conversions, reimages, and ramp-up of new locations
• Lead initiatives for new products, promotions, and guest engagement
• Advise on community engagement and local activations
• Coordinate with training, marketing, supply chain, tech and other teams
• Guide leaders through labor, safety, and reputation issues

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related discipline
