Job summary

AimHire is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to advise independently owned franchise businesses in the South Side of Chicago and Northwest Indiana. This field-based role focuses on improving operations, customer satisfaction, and growth while visiting locations regularly and handling administrative tasks from the regional office.

You will coach owners on service quality and operations, identify revenue opportunities, and support onboarding and planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in janitorial operations and customer service.
• Strong understanding of commercial cleaning operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned franchise owners.
• Conduct routine operational audits to ensure brand standards are met.
• Identify operational successes and areas for improvement through proactive site visits.
• Coach franchise owners on best practices for customer service, operations, and business growth.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and support account retention efforts.
• Identify opportunities for additional services that can increase franchise owner revenue.
• Develop relationships with customer site contacts to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Support franchise owners with customer onboarding and offboarding.
• Conduct business planning sessions with franchise owners.
• Provide technical guidance on commercial cleaning procedures when needed.
• Complete accurate documentation and administrative reporting in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call support as required.
