Job summary

Papa Murphy's in the United States seeks a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to guide franchisees across the region, uphold brand standards, improve operations, marketing, sales, and store profitability. Travel to franchise locations is a core part of the role.

You will mentor franchisees, lead opening of new units, analyze economics, and collaborate with the Director of Franchise Operations, leveraging tools and programs to drive growth and financial health.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a QSR environment.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Strong initiative, problem solving, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to lead and develop organizational capability.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate franchisee relationships and advise on revenue, costs, marketing, and compliance.
• Lead openings of franchise restaurants from plan to grand opening.
• Evaluate franchisee business, develop strategic plans, and review economic models.
• Monitor financial health and communicate insights to leadership.
• Train and mentor franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
