Job summary

Papa Murphy's International is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to advise franchisees in the Fargo, ND region and drive brand growth. You will travel regularly to stores, assess performance, and support operational, marketing, and financial initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a QSR environment, a college degree, and ServSafe certification. Expect strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and hands-on training with franchisees.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in QSR environment.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with franchisees while aligning with brand objectives.
• Provide guidance on revenue generation, cost controls, marketing, purchasing, and compliance.
• Lead franchise openings from plan to grand opening.
• Evaluate strategies to grow franchisee businesses and profitability.
• Review economic reports and advise on cost-control actions.
• Maintain regular communication with Director of Franchise Operations and provide insights.
