Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8+ years of relevant business experience.
• Strong restaurant operations experience, preferably QSR or franchising.
• Multi-unit leadership, coaching, or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.

We’re looking for an experienced Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to serve as a trusted coach and business partner to franchisees across an assigned territory. This role focuses on improving sales, profitability, operational excellence, compliance, and overall restaurant performance.

What to Expect

• Approximately 80% in-store visits / 20% administrative work
• Travel throughout an assigned U.S. and international territory
• Overnight travel approximately 10%–50% of the time
• Days, nights, weekends, and flexible scheduling as needed
