Job summary

FAT Brands Inc. is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to join our Operations Team. The role focuses on driving same-store sales growth, improving unit economics, and upholding brand standards across Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery & Pretzelmaker.

The FBC will coordinate new openings, transfers, training, and ongoing support for brand development. The ideal candidate will travel up to 75% to franchise locations, collaborate with owners on operations and guest experience, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive supervisory franchise management or multi-unit operations.
Strong working knowledge of P&L statements, inventory and cash control.
Proficient MS Office Suite and supporting hardware.
ServSafe Certified (if applicable).
Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Travel regularly to Franchisees to provide coaching, training, and tools.
Collaborate with Franchisees to safeguard standards for operations and guest experience.
Collect and analyze yearly P&L to improve unit economics and profitability.
Lead the Yearly Business Review process to drive business excellence.
Identify at-risk Franchisees to initiate proactive transfer strategies.
Serve as liaison between FAT Brands Corporate Office and Franchisees.
Deliver same-store sales objectives and strategic goals.
Foster regular communication between corporate departments and Franchisees.
Identify opportunities to improve QSR operations and efficiency.
Frequent use of computer/technology; travel up to 75%.
