This role emphasizes planning, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration across the district. A Bachelor's degree in business or restaurant management and 4+ years in restaurant or franchise operations management are required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, restaurant management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of restaurant management (multi-unit/high volume preferred) and/or franchise operations management.
• Clean driving record.
• Thorough knowledge of the Restaurant Industry and operations.
• Proficient knowledge of marketing, finance, training, human resources and development.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with ability to develop ideas across business units.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey concepts clearly.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the Worldwide Operations Business Plan for a District.
• Develop district-wide business plans including marketing, operations, training and supply chain.
• Provide guidance to franchise owners to meet goals and strategies.
• Position franchisees for optimal shift management, food safety and quality.
• Assist with development, reinvestment and renewal strategies.
• Support other departments and may assist with new store openings.
• Complete ad hoc projects as required.
