Job summary

IDQ, based in Bloomington, MN, seeks a senior operations consultant to coach franchisees and the Operations team to reach short- and long-term company goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, restaurant management or related field or equivalent restaurant operations experience.
• 4+ years of restaurant management (multi-unit/high volume preferred) and/or franchise operations management.
• A clean driving record is required.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations and ability to work cross-functionally (marketing, finance, training, HR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute district business plans including marketing, operations, training and supply chain.
• Counsel franchise owners to improve sales, profitability, standards and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and operating standards.
• Travel to franchisees and support teams; assist with new store openings as needed.
