Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts seeks a franchise development professional to drive growth by researching markets, outreach, and industry networking. You will align opportunities with Select Service brands, support conversions and new constructions, and manage relationships with owners, developers, and brokers.

Travel is a significant aspect of the role. You will assess candidates, guide market positioning, and partner with sales leadership to advance opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate franchise development opportunities through market analysis, networking, and research.
• Create strategic sales and lead-generation plans for assigned territories.
• Develop and execute strategies for both conversion and new construction across Select Service brands.
• Evaluate prospective franchisees for brand alignment and development potential.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and management companies.
• Advise sales leadership on opportunities, resource allocation, and sales approaches.
• Partner with Sales Directors and RVPs to advance opportunities through the pipeline.
