• Evaluate prospective franchisees for brand alignment and development potential.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and operators.
• Advise sales teams and leadership on opportunities and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and regional leaders to advance opportunities.
• Conduct market and feasibility analyses to support discussions and brand recommendations.
• Vet inquiries for viability and fit for long-term sales potential.
• Guide prospective franchisees through licensing and application steps.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to support growth.
• Meet lead generation, pipeline, and conversion targets.
